公開籌款許可證編號 Public Subscription Permit No.: FD/R057/2026
社會福利署署長已批准3間機構於2026年11月21日分別在港島區、九龍區、新界區賣旗，而保護遺棄動物協會已獲授權於當日在新界區賣旗。
Three charities have been issued Public Subscription Permits to hold flag sales on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories separately on 21st November 2026. And SAA is allowed to hold flag sales in the New Territories.
